This Agreement contains the entire understanding between Brittany Vaughan of GoodVibes Photography ("Photographer") and the above named Client ("Client") for the purpose of a Photography Session. Please review and complete the following: *

To reserve the session date and GoodVibes Photography's services, a non-refundable 50% session deposit is due at the time of booking. The session deposit will be applied to the remaining balance of the photography session. The balance due for the photography session must be paid on or before the session date. Mini Sessions must be paid in full in order to reserve a time slot on Mini Session date. Payment can be made by e-transfer, or cash. *

If the Client cancels this agreement with at least 24 hours prior notice being given, the session deposit will be honoured for one year and applied toward a future session. The session deposit is non-refundable. If Client is a no-show for their session, Client will forfeit the session fee and will be required to pay a new session deposit to reschedule a new session. Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late will be considered a no-show. *

In the event that the Client needs to reschedule a session, notice must be given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time and must be rescheduled within one year. Photographer will make the judgement call to reschedule in the event of inclement weather. Sessions will not be rescheduled due to cloudy weather. *

GoodVibes Photography takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, development and delivery of all photographs. However, in the event that GoodVibes Photography fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement due to any event or act which prevents the delivery of the work from the Assignment, GoodVibes Photography’s liability to The Client shall be limited solely to a refund of all money paid by The Client to GoodVibes Photography.

The Client shall permit GoodVibes Photography to use images of The Client from any portion of the session for display, publication, or other promotional uses without payment or additional compensation to The Client. *

If, during the session, the Photographer is exposed to: (a) conditions which imperil or cause the Photographer to fear for their safety, or (b) objectionable or illegal acts to which the Photographer does not wish to be a party or witness, then GoodVibes Photography reserves the right to immediately protect GoodVibes Photography and the Photographer’s interests, including but not limited to cessation of the Assignment, leaving the Assignment location(s), and/or terminating this Agreement.

At the conclusion of the session GoodVibes Photography will retain the images for processing. The Client’s images will be available 2-6 weeks after the session date. The images released to The Client are the only images available for viewing, purchase and release. *

Client and Subjects agree to abide by public health restrictions related to COVID-19 at the time of the Event. *

Clients/Photographer are not experiencing any of the following: Fever, New onset of cough , Worsening chronic cough , Shortness of breath , Difficulty breathing , Sore throat , Difficulty swallowing , Decrease of loss of sense of taste or smell , Chills , Headaches , Unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches , Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain , Runny nose or nasal congestion without other known cause 14 days prior to session

In the event that Brittany Vaughan at GoodVibes Photography unknowingly contracts COVID-19 and is asymptomatic, Client, on their behalf and on behalf of Subjects, agree and acknowledge that Brittany Vaughan will not be held liable for transmission of COVID-19 to Client or Subjects or for any costs or damages as a result thereof. *
